Mental Health First Aid Programme
We are very proud that Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England have accredited us to run all their adult courses. Not only that, but the International Stress Management Association also formally recognises our wellbeing workshops and our Mental Health for Line Managers course. This means you’re in safe hands.

A corporate wellbeing workshop is an effective tool on a stand alone basis, or as part of your Wellbeing Manager Programme. We offer a choice of over 35 highly interactive lunch-and-learn corporate wellbeing workshops for your team, across all areas of wellbeing.
These workshops, available face to face or online, bring your team together in a fun, engaging and sensitive way to discuss and learn more about building skills to improve their wellbeing in and out of work.
Introducing a proactive educational element to your strategic workplace wellbeing support programme has a more positive ROI than reactive measures.

Coaching programmes
