Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid training is the gold star approach to giving your team the skills they need to manage their own mental health, and also to support others with theirs.
When you join us on this accredited course, you’ll benefit from:
- In-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
- Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
- Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
- Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
- Knowledge to help someone recover their mental health by guiding them to further support
It’s offered as a public course on a monthly basis, or as a private course to suit your schedule.
Our MHFA training sessions are for a maximum of 16 participants, either online or in-person. The time investment for either option is around 16 hours across either two or four days.

Mental Health for Line Managers
This is the ONE if you want to ensure your Managers have the skills to support their team’s mental health. In turn, number of support requests coming through to HR are massively reduced. It’s designed to give Line Managers -
- Confidence to manage the mental health of their teams
- Basic understanding of the signs and symptoms of ill mental health in the workplace
- Ability to provide initial support and signpost to relevant help
- Tools to contribute proactively towards developing an open and supportive workplace culture

Blended Learning: Managing When Stress Matters
Equip your line managers with the skills to support and promote mental health in your workplace. Our innovative blended learning programme offers a flexible yet powerful approach to navigating mental health challenges.
The programme includes 3.5 hours of engaging e-learning and a 3-hour group session, either face-to-face or online. Line managers will gain the tools to confidently support colleagues, promote an empathetic culture, and reduce stigma around mental health.
This course goes beyond tick-box exercises, providing interactive activities and lively discussions tailored to your organisation’s needs. Expect reduced attrition, absenteeism, and presenteeism, with increased engagement and productivity.
Tailored to your business and designed to accommodate diverse working patterns, this course delivers maximum impact with minimal disruption.
Over 6.5 hours, participants will explore key topics like:
- Mental health
- Stress and anxiety
- Depression
- Reasonable adjustments
- Wellbeing action plans
This course is tailored to your organisation, incorporating specific challenges and experiences your team may face. It is MHFA England accredited, ensuring you stay qualified as an MHFAider® for another three years.

MHFA Refresher Course
Refresh your MHFAider® skills with this half-day course, designed to keep your mental health first aid knowledge up to date. Over four hours, you’ll:
- Review mental health support techniques and update your knowledge
- Gain confidence in supporting others during a mental health crisis
- Share experiences and best practices with fellow participants
- Practice the MHFA action plan with case studies
This course is tailored to your organisation, incorporating specific challenges and experiences your team may face. It is MHFA England accredited, ensuring you stay qualified as an MHFAider® for another three years.
In-house courses can be run virtually or face to face and are from £54+VAT per person.

Mental Health Aware
This is offered as a quarterly public course, or as a private course to suit your schedule, for a maximum of 25 participants, either online or in-person.
When you want to create mental health awareness amongst your team or you want to understand a little more about it for yourself, the Aware course might be just right for you. Over four hours, you’ll learn:
- What mental health is and how to challenge stigma around it
- Basic knowledge about common mental health issues
- An introduction to looking after your own mental health and wellbeing maintenance
- Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue
