MHFA training is proven to increase confidence in managing mental health and supporting others with their mental health, too. In a world where poor wellbeing is costing businesses on average £1,700 per employee per year, we want to help you get this figure under control.

We’re accredited by MHFA England, the governing body of MHFA training. That means you get access to accredited adult courses. In addition, we also go above and beyond with our workplace wellbeing specialists, ensuring they’re integrated and managed properly on a day to day basis.
