300,000 People Lose Their Job Each Year Because Of Their Mental Health

A recent poll by the Institute of Directors found less than one in five firms offered mental health training for managers. That doesn’t really matter though until you really understand the scope of the issue that we are facing in our workplaces. This recent article by the BBC shows us that poor mental health affects half of all employees.

So now the fact that less than one in five companies offered mental health training to managers is now more significant.
